Why can't I put items in my shopping cart

Once an item is sold out, it will no longer be available for purchase.

How long does it take to deliver

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select during checkout. For reference, in Taiwan our local warehouse will ship within 3 days after receiving the order, and it takes about 3-5 days to ship. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

※There is no delivery on holidays. There may be delays during consecutive holidays, before and after festivals, or in remote areas. The delivery situation is mainly based on the actual logistics operations.

How much is the shipping fee

Free shipping for orders over NT$1,000 within Taiwan. For overseas orders, free shipping is available for orders over NT$3,000. If the order amount does not meet the free shipping conditions, you will need to pay shipping fees depending on the region.

How to track my order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible, within 1 to 3 business days after you place your order.

Please click on the portrait icon in the top menu of the homepage (computer version) or the account in the left menu (mobile version), enter your email address, and you can check the order status.

return policy

What should I do if I receive the product but find any problems

If the product is damaged or the item is wrong, please email the unboxing video toinfo@je22.cc

・The video recording must meet the following conditions, and the video cannot be interrupted, fast-forwarded, or edited:

1. Start shooting with the package intact and unopened

2. Unsealing process

3. All contents of the package

4. Paper order details

・Please attach a photo of the paper order details, your order name and order number to your email. We will process it as soon as possible during working hours. Thank you!

・If the product is missing, dirty or damaged, but you do not provide a video to prove it, we will not be able to assist with returns, exchanges or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

How to return the product

We are unable to offer free returns for orders less than the purchase amount. Sold items are not included in our free returns policy and although they can be returned, return postage is at the customer's expense.

When can I receive a refund

Once we receive all merchandise and verify that the merchandise is returned "as new", in saleable condition, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for returned items that are unsaleable. After verification, we will process the refund.

*Excludes returns, once free shipping is available or overseas orders total less than $300, refund will be minus shipping costs.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return application instructions

  • Online shoppers are entitled to a seven-day cool-off period after the product arrives, but the cool-off period is not a trial period. If the product has its label cut, has been dropped in water, or is damaged, it cannot be returned. Please be sure to note this.

  • After receiving the product, please record an unboxing video according to the FAQs to confirm whether the product items and quantity are correct. Before you are sure whether to return the product, please do not cut the labels or wash it. Please avoid damaging it when trying it on. The returned product must be in new condition, otherwise our application will not be accepted.

  • Due to irregular promotions, some products may be sold at different prices during different periods. This is normal price adjustment. We will not provide return service for checked out products due to price fluctuations.

  • If the total amount after the return does not meet the free shipping conditions, the shipping fee for the order will be charged

  • You can contact us through the official website or JE22 FB fan page
  • If the product is damaged or the item is wrong, please email the unboxing video toinfo@je22.cc, and attach a photo of the paper order details, your ordering name and order number. We will process it for you as soon as possible during working hours. Thank you!

Return and exchange method

  • If the product is delivered incorrectly or is defective during delivery, we will replace the product for you free of charge. Please repack the defective product and wait for the logistics personnel to pick it up.
  • If you apply for a return or exchange due to personal reasons within the 7-day cooling-off period, the product you wish to return or exchange must remain in its original state when it was delivered (including tags, packaging bags, gifts, invoices, order details, etc.), be properly packaged, and contact customer service for return information.

Things to note

  • If the order does not qualify for free shipping, the refund amount will be deducted from the shipping fee.

  • If a discount coupon was used on the original order, the return will automatically be invalid and will not be returned.
